The use of mosaic adhesive
Scope of application:
适用于普通马赛克，泳池砖和小规格瓷砖的粘贴与填缝使用。（注：金属，镜面，金箔等马赛克，请用本公司的中性玻玛胶粘贴）
Applicable to common mosaic, and paste filling pool brick and small ceramic tiles use. (Note: metal, mirror, mosaic gold, please use neutral pommard glue of the company)

基面处理：
Surface treatment:
基面应平整、干净、结实、无粉尘、无明水、油脂等污垢物及其他松散物，对于吸水性大基面用清水润湿。
The base surface should be flat, clean, strong, no dust, no water, grease, dirt and other loose objects, for large surface wetting with water absorbent.
施工方法：
Construction method:
1）粉料：水=4:1，先将水按比例加入容器，然后慢慢倒入粉料，再用木棍或电动工具搅均匀至无结粒的膏湖状粘结剂，静止5分钟再搅拌一次，即可使用。

2）使用齿形抹刀将粘结剂用力均匀的抹在基面上，再用带齿边将粘结剂刮成齿状，并由凸槽横向凹槽方向揉压，以确保全面粘结，齿深为3～5mm为宜。

3）调整位置：按设计预留缝宽及水平与垂直度，将马赛克调整到恰当位置。马赛克贴好后可在15分钟内调整，

15分钟后不可再移动或调整位置。如需调整，则需将马赛克取下，用新的搅拌后的粘结剂重新粘贴。依照施工环境条件的不同，一般至少需要12～24小时的凝固时间。

4）填缝：一般应在粘结剂完全凝固之后进行，建议在粘贴完成24小时后填缝。若要在完全凝固之前做填缝，则需特别小心以免震动或按压马赛克面而影响粘结力。按适当的比例调制好填缝剂后，使用马赛克专用海绵刮板进行填缝。

5）清洁及养护：填缝施工完10分钟内将马赛克表面多余的填缝剂去除；填缝剂固化后(视天气和施工环境而定，约12小时后)用干净的清水再次洗净产品表面的污迹。填缝施工后至少12小时不能淋雨、暴晒、及霜冻。

注意事项：
Matters needing attention：
1）搅拌好的粘结剂应在2小时内用完，已干固的浆料禁止再次使用。

2）抹上基面的粘结剂应在15分钟内将马赛克铺贴上。（参照气温变化）。

3）建议在5℃～40℃环境中施工，避免在雨天、高温、强风、霜冻天气施工。

4）施工所用工具必须洁净，严禁与其它产品混合使用。
