The use of mosaic adhesive
Scope of application:
Applicable to common mosaic, and paste filling pool brick and small ceramic tiles use. (Note: metal, mirror, mosaic gold, please use neutral pommard glue of the company)
Product characteristics:

2) environmental protection, non-toxic, anti-aging, anti penetration, construction convenient, fast.
Surface treatment:
The base surface should be flat, clean, strong, no dust, no water, grease, dirt and other loose objects, for large surface wetting with water absorbent.
Construction method:
1) powder: water =4:1, the water in proportion to the container, then slowly pour into powder, paste the lake like adhesive and then stick or electric tools to stir evenly without particle, stationary for 5 minutes and then stir once, you can use.
2) use tooth shaped spatula evenly wipe the binder on the surface, with toothed edges will be scratched by the binder toothed, convex slot transverse groove direction pressing, to ensure the full bond, the tooth depth is 3 ~ 5mm.
3): adjust the position according to the design level and verticality and wide cracks, the mosaic will be adjusted to the appropriate location. Mosaic can be adjusted within 15 minutes after the paste, Do not move or adjust position after 15 minutes. If you need to adjust, you need to remove the mosaic, with the new mixing of the binder to re paste. In accordance with the different conditions of the construction environment, usually at least 24 to 12 hours of solidification time.
4) joint: general should be after the adhesive completely solidified, suggestions for 24 hours after the completion of filling in the paste. If you want to do is completely solidified before filling in, be careful to avoid vibrations or pressing and adhesion effect of mosaic. According to the appropriate proportions of grout, using special sponge scraper caulk mosaic.
5) cleaning and maintenance: joint construction will be finished within 10 minutes filling agent to remove the superfluous mosaic surface; sealant after curing (depending on the weather and construction environment, after about 12 hours) with a clean water wash again to the surface of the product. Joint construction of at least 12 hours after exposure, not rain, and frost.
Matters needing attention：
1) stir well the binder should be used up within 2 hours, the slurry has been dry solid to prohibit the use of.
2) on the surface of the wiping binder should be in 15 minutes on a mosaic pavement. (according to the temperature change).
3) it is recommended that the construction in the environment of 5 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees C, avoid the rainy, high temperature, strong wind, frost weather construction.
4) tools must be clean and is strictly prohibited from mixing with other products.
5) if it gets, should promptly clean water or go to the hospital for treatment.
