Weidebond adhesive is a single and two component product prepared by modified polymer emulsion. It is easy to use, excellent bonding performance, anti-aging, high temperature and low temperature resistance. It is the ideal bonding product for vitrified brick, polished brick, sheet brick, antique brick, Mosaic, marble, artificial stone and natural stone.

 

Scope of application

Indoor and outdoor suitable for smooth transformation of concrete frame horizontal plate after removal; The upper wall of low water absorption vitrified brick, polished brick, sheet brick, antique brick, cultural stone, polished brick, artificial stone, natural marble, porcelain, etc.; Anti cement batch swing fan ash fall off; Anti-wall paint open fission yellow; Old wall retrofit to prevent falling off.

 

Usage method

1, the base surface treatment: the base surface to keep clean, solid, no oil, no batik, no dust, no loose matter, etc.

2, construction requirements: the product roll coated in ceramic tile, Mosaic, marble, artificial stone on the back, single component becomes transparent (two components become dry solid) after the spread of cement mortar (with Weidebon tile glue product use effect is better) shop paste can; Will not empty drum, shedding phenomenon, safe and simple, is a substitute for conventional interface agent; Outdoor construction is prohibited on rainy days.

3. Two-component back coating: first mix the emulsion and then add the powder, and then stir evenly before construction. After coating, leave in the air for 2 hours, then dry to form a film. After mixing the slurry in 6 hours, the slurry will slowly thicken, not conducive to brushing.

 

 

Matters needing attention

1. The construction temperature is -5℃ to 40℃.

2. Keep the surface to be bonded clean and dry to avoid rainy days.

3, avoid glue flow hanging to stick to the positive, difficult to clean.

4, do not make glue splash into the eyes, if there should be timely rinse with water, discomfort should seek medical attention immediately.

5, this product does not need to add water, open the bucket and stir evenly after direct use.

7. Storage: The product is unopened and can be stored for 18 months in a cool place.
